Posters :

Please prepare your poster in A0 format (height 118.6 cm and width 84.1cm). Do not forget eyelet, string or anything else to fix the poster on the grid. 

Conferences :

The conferences’ timing is 20’, with 15’ of talk and 5’ for questions. Invited conferences are 30’ long, with 25’ of talk and 5 minutes for questions.

Please prepare your slides using standard software such as Microsoft Power Point. To limit the problems of software version, you can also prepare a portable version of your presentation (.pps or .pdf file extension).
