The time table of the trains between Paris to Nancy are on the SNCF website:
http://www.voyages-sncf.com/
From Paris airports to Nancy you have the following possibilities:
1) If you arrive at Charles de Gaulle (Roissy) airport, located at the North of Paris:
-either there is a train from Roissy Charles de Gaulle train station and you will arrive at TGV-Lorraine railway station; then you have to take a shuttle to arrive downtown at the railway station of Nancy (cost around 14 €). No reservation, nor payment can be done online. You will pay directly in the shuttle. The time tables of the shuttle are given in a pdf file.

-either you have not a train and you take RER (suburban trains) from Roissy Charles de Gaulle train station to Gare Nord (northern railway station), then you walk (10-15 minutes) to Gare de l'Est (Eastern railway station). There, you take then a TGV train and you will arrive directly to Nancy railway station. It is worth noting there is also the possibility to take underground lines from Gare du Nord to Gare de l'Est (either number 4-direction Porte d'Orléans; or number 5-direction Place d'Italie) : Gare de l'Est is only one station after Gare du Nord.

2) If you arrive at Orly airport, located at the South of Paris, you take first a small train (OrlyVal) at the airport, then you take a suburban train to go to Gare du Nord (Northern railway station) and you walk (10-15 minutes) to Gare de l'Est (Eastern railway station).
