Abstracts and Presentations

Deadline April 20th 2006

Abstract submission format

	1, 2 pages with margin (2.5 cms each side, top and bottom).
	Times New Roman 12pt.
	Title in capitals and bold, single space, authors first name , initials and surname in capitals and bold, affiliation address in normal type, with e-mail of lead author.
	References in text with numbers in brackets and on line.
	Citation of references as preference of authors.
	Abstracts should be preferable sent by e-mail (medina@fmc.uva.es) in word or pdf format.
	Confirmation of the abstract acceptance will be sent by e-mail also.

Presentations

Oral

Invited communications are planned for 25 min with 5 min added for questions. The oral communications are planned for 15 min each and up to 5 min added for questions. The lecture rooms are equipped with a PC computer with Microsoft Windows XP, and an overhead projector. For electronic presentation (in PowerPoint format), authors are requested to present their work using an USB key or a CD. The presentations must be at the beginning of the session in the PC hard drive.

Posters

Posters will be exposed during all the conference and will be discussed on 7th. Maximum poster size is 100 (height) x 90cm (width). The standard presentation is assumed vertical.
