Attendants
to this meeting will do directly their own reservation.
The meeting
and the school will be held at the Faculté des Sciences, in
Vandoeuvre.
It takes 20 minutes
by tram from downtown to Faculté des Sciences. There is a tram
each 6-10 minutes.
There are
also three hotels at the south-west of Faculté des Sciences
(avenue de la forêt
de Haye) on the tram line (5 minutes from tram stop to arrive at the
Geo-Raman X
meeting
place).

In addition, PhD students will have the possibility to have a room in a student residence close to the University (less 15 minutes walking).
PhD students who want to use this possibility must send a specific mail as as soon as they are registered to georaman10@g2r.uhp-nancy.fr
and give exactly the nights they need, their arrival and departure days for the first of april.
More information will be given in May how to proceed for the room reservation in student residence.
