There will be welcome reception from 6 to 8 pm on Sunday, June 6 for all registered participants in the Ilima Room of the Radisson Waikiki Prince Kuhio Hotel (2500 Kuhio Ave).

The conference dinner will be held on Thursday evening, June 10, in at the Halekulani Hotel in Waikiki, which is located by the ocean at 2199 Kalia Road. The Halekulani is approximately a 10-minute walk from the Radisson Hotel or the Ohana Maile Sky Court Hotel. There will be a cash bar at 6 pm followed by dinner at 7 pm in the Garden Terrace Room. Your meeting registration fee includes dinner and coffee. Wines may be purchased. Additional dinner tickets may be purchased before Monday noon at the registration desk: the cost is $50 ($25 for students).
