Sponsoring Departments of Washington University in St. Louis:
Institutional support for abstract submission, program production, and registration for this conference have been provided by
USRA/Lunar and Planetary Institute.
The current exhibition map is listed above, and will be
updated weekly. We have sent the confirmation on the booth location to all companies.
It is the desire of GeoRaman XI US Organization Committee (USOC) that each company will
bring its functional systems for demonstration. Please notice that USOC has invited a local
mineral dealer "R. H Minerals" to join the GeoRaman XI exhibition. A capability of running test
on natural samples will serve your purpose well.
Each booth will have a footprint of 10 x 10 feet. The booths will be separated from each other and
from the back wall, by pipe-draper of ~10 feet tall. The draper color will be royal blue and ivory
from

The exhibition hall has a vinyl floor, USOC will not provide carpet. It will be exhibitor's
responsibility if you will need additional cover on the floor of your booth.
For each booth, USOC will provide two tables (6 feet long), one extension cord for electricity,
and a number of chairs, as many as you need. We will try to provide the table cloth with matching
colors. You are welcome to bring your own preferred table cloth.
The exhibition hall (Gargoyle Hall) will be guarded by a security company during the evenings
and the field trip day. The company representative who needs access of their booth during those
periods should discuss with Prof. Alian Wang in order to set up the arrangements.
The exhibition hall (Gargoyle Hall) will be open from 12:00-5:00 pm on June 14, and 8:30-5:00 pm on
June 15 for exhibition setup. The Mallinckrodt center (in which Gargoyle Hall locates) is directly
accessible from a parking lot. USOC will provide five daily parking passes for each
company. USOC will provide boxed lunch on June 15.

Gargoyle Hall will be open from 8:30am to 12:00pm on June 20 for exhibition removal. Each company should
arrange its own booth materials shipping-out, directly with shipping companies. USOC has very
limited man-power on that day because of other activities.

sponsor, two for Silver sponsor, and three for Golden sponsor. Please register
